Every project below is real. Most are anonymized per our client-confidentiality default, with the technical figures and city/country kept and the client's name removed; a few are published with the client's name because they gave us explicit permission to use it — each case study makes clear which applies.
Oil & Gas Processing Facility — Industrial Scan to BIM
This site's scope was 165 hectares, and it never held still: capture ran intermittently over two years, alongside active construction, rather than as one visit to a finished plant. Given the sensitivity of the site, this case study is deliberately kept without a named client or location.

Transformer Substation Documentation
The paperwork for this electrical transformer/substation unit didn't reflect what was actually installed, and the equipment — transformer body, switchgear, cable routing — was too dense to guess from photos. Before the client's MEP team could begin detailed design, the unit needed a fully reverse-engineered BIM model instead.

The project needed accurate facade measurement and 3D modeling, plus as-built verification once cladding panels went up — confirming the installed facade actually matched the design rather than assuming it did.
