Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data interasurvey.com collects, why, and what rights you have over it — in plain language, kept current with how the site actually works.

1. Who we are

2. What information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), service of interest (optional), and project message you provide. We don't require an account, and we don't collect payment information on this site. Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and reliability — the same as almost any website.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process contact-form data to respond to your enquiry and prepare a project scope and quote — this is based on your consent in submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once a project discussion begins, our legitimate interest in managing that business relationship (Art. 6(1)(f)). We never use contact-form data for marketing you haven't asked for. Google Analytics runs on the same legal basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given or refused through the cookie banner — and nowhere else on the site is that consent assumed.
4. How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of that business relationship plus a reasonable record-keeping period — typically up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a signed contract or legal obligation requires longer. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see your rights below).
5. Who we share it with
We send contact-form notifications through Resend, our email-delivery provider, solely to get your message to our inbox — Resend acts as our data processor and doesn't use your data for its own purposes. We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand site traffic and usage, which processes data as our analytics processor under Google's own data-processing terms. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Cookies
This site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you're browsing in English or Hungarian and doesn't require consent. It also uses Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) to measure site traffic and usage — these load only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; declining, or not responding, keeps them off. No advertising or remarketing cookies are used, and Google Analytics is the only third-party tracking script on this site.
7. International data transfers
Resend, our email-delivery processor, and Google, our analytics processor, may each process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or an equivalent safeguard recognized under GDPR Chapter V. Everything else — hosting, content, and site logic — runs without transferring data to a third-party processor beyond these two.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it if it's inaccurate; delete it; restrict or object to our processing of it; and receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email oykuhun@interasurvey.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can also lodge a complaint with Hungary's data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), at naih.hu.
9. Children's privacy
This site and its contact form are intended for business use by adults sourcing surveying, CAD, modeling, or BIM services — we don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
