One capture, three outputs

The same point cloud becomes any of the three

Every service starts from the same Leica Total Station + FARO Focus capture. Nothing about the site visit changes based on which deliverable you choose — only how far we take the processing afterward. That's what lets a Scan to CAD drawing become a full Scan to BIM model later, from the same capture, without a second site visit.

FAQ

Services — frequently asked

How do I know which of the three services I need?
Tell us what the deliverable has to support — quantity takeoff, coordination, or fabrication — and we'll recommend CAD, Model, or BIM on the call; you don't have to decide alone.
Can I start with one service and upgrade later?
Yes — because the underlying point cloud doesn't change, a Scan to CAD or Scan to Model deliverable can be processed into a full BIM model later without a second site visit.
Do all three services use the same capture process?
Yes — a Leica Total Station control network plus FARO laser scanning, every time; only the processing after capture differs by service.
Which service is fastest to deliver?
A Level 1 Scan to CAD linework survey or a Tier 1 Scan to Model visualization mesh are typically the fastest — see each service page's turnaround table.
Do you offer a combined package across two services?
Yes — a single capture can be processed into more than one deliverable, e.g. a CAD drawing plus a visualization mesh; ask for a combined quote.
