Control network
Leica Total Station establishes the geo-referenced control points the model will be built against.

FARO capture
The site is captured as a registered point cloud — control-tied, not cloud-to-cloud alone.

Registration
Every scan is registered to the control network, not to whichever scan sits next to it — that's what the BIM model's accuracy actually depends on.

LOD assignment
Every element is modeled to the exact LOD tier you've chosen — no more, no less — with MEP elements auto-recognized from pipe diameters where present.

What if the site is still operational during scanning?
- Scanning is scheduled around active operations — most industrial sites are captured without a shutdown.
- Restricted-access areas can be captured in a later pass and merged into the existing registration.
- Tell us about access constraints before the site visit so it's built into the schedule, not discovered on-site.

We don't hold a formal ISO 19650 certificate. Our accuracy comes from a hybrid Leica Total Station + FARO laser-scanning workflow, with every point cloud registered against a geo-referenced control network before modeling starts.
That workflow is built to meet the coordination and clash-detection expectations that ISO 19650-aligned BIM projects require — described here concretely rather than claimed as a badge we don't hold.
