Three services, one workflow
Scan to CAD
2D linework, dimensioned drawings, or fully superimposed as-built documentation — three levels of detail, DWG/DXF.
Explore Scan to CAD →Scan to Model
A clean 3D mesh or surface model for visualization, coordination review, or reverse engineering — not a full BIM build.
Explore Scan to Model →Scan to BIM
Coordination- or fabrication-grade Revit/IFC models, LOD 200–500, MEP-aware — sized to the design phase you're in.

How the three compare
| Service | Format | Typical turnaround | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scan to CAD | DWG / DXF | 3 days – 3 weeks | 2D documentation, quantity takeoff, permitting |
| Scan to Model | OBJ / FBX / STEP | 3 days – 4 weeks | Visualization, coordination review, reverse engineering |
| Scan to BIM | RVT / IFC | 5 days – 5 weeks | Design coordination, MEP fabrication, construction-ready detail |
One capture, three outputs
The same point cloud becomes any of the three
Every service starts from the same Leica Total Station + FARO Focus capture. Nothing about the site visit changes based on which deliverable you choose — only how far we take the processing afterward. That's what lets a Scan to CAD drawing become a full Scan to BIM model later, from the same capture, without a second site visit.
