Radisson Blu Hotel, London — Facade Model for Installation

Facade Model for InstallationDeliverable
London, United KingdomLocation

The situation

Senol Company needed a facade model of the Radisson Blu hotel in London to support their own cladding installation work — precise panel and joint geometry to build the assembly against, not estimated dimensions.

The approach

Facade elevations were captured and drawn directly from the point cloud, then processed into a model detailed enough for Senol Company's installation team to reference directly during facade assembly, rather than working from nominal design drawings alone.

The outcome

Senol Company's installation crew worked from a model that matched the building's real geometry, reducing the risk of a panel or joint not fitting once it reached the wall.

Questions about this project

Do you regularly take on projects in the UK?
The UK isn't one of our core continuous-coverage markets the way Hungary and its neighbors are, but we take on UK projects like this one case by case — ask and we'll confirm feasibility and mobilization for your site.
Why did the installation team need a model instead of the original design drawings?
Original drawings describe intent, not the building's real geometry. An installation team needs the model to match what's actually there — the same reason we draft every facade survey from the point cloud rather than estimate from a photo or an old drawing.
Was the hotel operating during the survey?
Yes — as with any operating hotel, capture was scheduled around guest areas and hours to avoid disruption.
How is mobilization handled for a UK project from a Hungary-based team?
Travel and mobilization are scoped and quoted per project — ask for a specific quote once you know your site and timeline.
Do you work directly with installation contractors, or only building owners and hotel brands?
Either — on this project we worked directly with Senol Company, the installation contractor, rather than the hotel operator.
