Do you charge for a site visit or initial consultation?
No — the initial scoping conversation and quote are free; you only pay for the scan and deliverable once you confirm the project.
Can you sign an NDA before we share project details?
Yes — every project is anonymized by default in our published work, and we're glad to sign an NDA for any sensitive detail you share during scoping.
