How we work

How the work actually gets done

  • Every scan ties back to a Total Station control network. Scan-to-scan alignment alone isn't enough on a large or multi-building site, so we don't rely on it as the only check.
  • One capture, several possible outputs. The same registered point cloud can be processed into a CAD drawing, a 3D model, or a BIM model without a second site visit.
  • LOD and detail level get scoped with you before work starts. We don't default to the highest tier out of habit, and we don't quote a lower one that skips what the project actually needs.
  • Field capture, registration, and modeling stay in-house. No subcontracted scanning crew handling the raw data before it reaches us.
